Pricing conditions: all prices are VAT included , just local taxe will be added : 2,30 € per person and per day (only for people more than 18 years old)

Cancellation terms: General conditions of sale and cancellation conditions : reprogramming possible up to 72 hours.

Check-in is only possible on the day of arrival between 3pm and 9pm. After 9 p.m., all reservations will be considered cancelled unless the hotel agrees in writing or by telephone or text message to prepare for a late arrival. All Internet bookings are "firm and final" and will be confirmed by an email from the hotel. If payment is not received by C.B., the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and a cancellation email will be sent. In accordance with established practice, all reservations received by us will only be considered "confirmed and firm" if accompanied by a deposit. The sums received in this respect will be deducted at the end of the booking contract, if it has been fully respected (dates), in accordance with article 1590 of the French Civil Code. In the event of early departure for whatever reason, the deposit will be retained by the hotelier as compensation and will not be deducted from the final invoice.
Deposit amount :
For all stays: Deposit amount equal to 30% of the value of the reservation, debited upon confirmation of the reservation. Payment of balance at the hotel. In the event of cancellation of the stay more than 72 hours before the arrival date, the deposit remains due but rescheduling of the stay is possible, during the same season, depending on availability. In the event of cancellation of the stay less than 72 hours from the arrival date, 50% of the amount of the stay remains due. In the event of a "no show", the stay will be due in full.
Payment by French check, bank transfers, VISA or MASTERCARD bank card debits, (we do not accept AMEX or DINERS.)
Payment and our confirmation of your deposit signify your acceptance of the conditions of sale.
